After hearing the immensely well put together Fela Soul, we went digging for more from Gummy Soul and ran across this 14-track EP of the same name, and the quality is just as solid.

In 7 days INSA ran the city of east London, painting 35 pieces on route of Charlie Dark's map for The IAM1 Journey Nike Sportswear project. Produced by Protein and documented by INSA's long time collaborator, photographer Ethel, each of the 35 hand painted pieces form one of the centre pieces of INSAs major London solo show for 2009. This IAM1 Journey animation will be deconstructed within the 'Looking For Love In All The Wrong Places' show with behind-the-scenes processes alongside the original painted objects that make up the individual frames.
In commemoration of No. I.D.'s new post as Def Jam's VP of A & R and the success of Big Sean's debut LP 'Finally Famous: The Album', Al Lindstrom and The Lost Tapes put together this collection of the producer's work over the years.
With the abundance of news about the recession, health care, education, and housing I found myself overwhelmed with emotions. Its hard not be frustrated at our country while we watch our politicians make an ass of themselves at the expense of our community. America’s youth have been suffering the worst from failed policies and government. Now I don’t wanna get all political and beat you over the head with more rhetoric so I’m releasing this mixtape in protest. AMERICA EATS ITS YOUNG!!!
Blu has established himself as one of Hip-Hop’s most promising young emcees. With six full-length albums, and countless other projects and mixtapes, Blu has been releasing quality music non-stop since he hit the scene in 2006 — whether on his own projects, or someone else’s. Every guest verse from Blu is a quality verse, often outstanding, and his catalog of features is far more vast than most Blu fans imagine. There are some true GEMS here, and some of my favorite tracks from Mr. Barnes. I’ve gathered all of his best features into a four-disc collection.
