Mid City Ab has really caught our attention in a big way. For someone so young, his soul seems so old, and his lyrical prowess rivals many coming up now as well as some of the elders who need to just go sit down. Not o omention, the fact that he hails from home makes us proud.

Creative Control & 2_cent TV present: Ab Asthma (Video)
New Orleans' own 2-Cent TV has linked up with Creative Control to present the Literacy & Arts Festival 2011. The two teams accepted submissions to be considered as participants in the event, and this video highlights the winner, Ab, a 19-year old spitter hailing from our hometown.
