In a recent conversation with Suave, he shared with us that Allen Toussaint told him that you "gotta go to grow." Now residing in Cincinnati, it seems the southern soul man has had time to reflect, and that could not be more evident than on the standout, March On. Crafted alongside frequent collaborator and precocious producer Prospek, the EP bears the mark of the duo - smooth, jazzy joints that fit any occasion paired with passionate prose on a plethora of topics. The endeavor is excellent, no doubt on par with some of our favorites from the first half of the year.
