We were lucky enough to have seen this installation in person during our recent visit to NOLA during Mardi Gras. There are some very interesting entries, on of which read "kill Justin Bieber." Now, Juxtapoz interviews Candy Chang about the inspiration behind the project, its instant success, and the value that it adds to the Marigny.
