If The Weeknd were a female, he would sound like Janine and The Mixtape, and that is a good thing. What is not so great is the fact that Dark Mind clocks in at under 20 minutes, so for the weekend warriors, there is much left to be desired. Yet that may just have been the Brooklynite's best bet - leaving listeners salivating for more of her signature synthesized soul.
