Chip and Chuck Inglish (Cool Kids) have been working on this project for what seems like forever, but after hearing the finished product it is clear why. Easily anticipated to be one of the top tapes of 2011, Gift Raps finds Chip going in over Chuck's production, leaving us at a loss as to which end of the craft Chuck is better at - beateater or beatmaker.
